Join our Norlands' Community Stewards as Volunteer Staff
The Volunteer Program at Washburn Norlands plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission to re-create and preserve the past, to demonstrate historic skills and engage in conversations, and to make the overall experience at Norlands meaningful for visitors. Norlands volunteers together contribute hundreds of service hours annually. Our volunteers fill many roles, from costumed docents to housekeeping and historic farm hands, and many more. High School and College Students interested in earning community service hours, interning or just volunteering because it is so much fun at the Norlands are encouraged to apply! Volunteers must be at least 14 years old unless accompanied with a parent.
